Conrad Black Released

He’s an important figure on these pages, and I imagine we haven’t heard the last from him about his experience as a guest of the United States government.

In any case, apparently they’re having trouble letting him go.

We Just Forgot About Him

So he stays in his cell unattended for five days, goes crazy, and drinks his own urine to survive in between suicidal thoughts.

It’s bound to happen when you incarcerate at about 5-10 times the rate of any other sane country on earth.

We’re really sorry about how fucked up we are.  Sometimes.
