Penn State v. Jesters

It’s unclear to me why the Penn State scandal is the biggest thing ever, whereas this tawdry little episode merited little if any attention, even though it involved police officers, law clerks and a state supreme court judge near Buffalo.

  1. You are exactly right. I have just discovered that a governor of a southern state appointed a circuit judge who, if the evaluation committee had checked his email, is listed on two Jester membership lists posted online. I also have the Judge’s application. He listed his Masonic, Shrine and Scottish Rite memberships but failed to list his Jester memberships. Typical.
