Disgraceful.

I never was a big fan of women in the military, though I could see this kind of thing coming back in my active duty days.

Whatever my position on women in the military, however, burying rape charges with bogus “diagnoses” and discharging the alleged victims is malevolent and treacherous.  Death before dishonor is an important military value, and it doesn’t apply just to combat situations.  And it also has to apply all the way up the chain.

This makes the “Tailhook” scandal look silly and petty by comparison, but I note that for some reason the media isn’t playing this one up.  The narrative is too problematic, it seems.  Funny how that works.
