Prosecutorial Discretion…

…by the Feds is beginning to resemble the primitive practice of predators who single out the small, weak wildebeest to attack:  it’s just so much easier.

Even if it’s true that the 61 year old woman “stole” the government money, and it wasn’t just a failure to understand all the rules and regulations which – as an excuse offered by banksters  – is routinely accepted as an exoneration, throwing so much in federal  resources at a $13,000 problem is, at this point, inexcusable.

It’s an easy win, I understand that.  But something’s got to change here.
